Shipping policy

Orders are dispatched from a U.S. West Coast warehouse within three business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time begins after carrier acceptance and varies by destination, carrier conditions, weather and order volume.

We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

Tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout after dispatch. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate deliverable address.

Returns and refunds

Buyer-remorse returns and exchanges are not accepted. This includes changing your mind after purchase when the item delivered matches the listing.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items must be reported to yxs030302@gmail.com within seven calendar days after delivery. Include the PayPal transaction identifier and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided. After the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable law, PayPal Buyer Protection or card issuer chargeback rules.

This static storefront uses local browser storage to remember the cart. Cloudflare may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. PayPal separately processes checkout, contact, shipping and payment information under its own privacy terms.

We use customer information only as needed to process payments, fulfill and track orders, provide support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and handle disputes. Delivery details may be shared with warehouses and shipping carriers for order fulfillment.

This storefront does not directly receive or store full payment-card details, and we do not sell personal information. Transaction and fulfillment records may be retained as required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.

Terms and conditions

Product availability, pricing and delivery estimates are subject to change before an order is accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if inventory is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected or an address cannot be serviced.

Customers must provide accurate checkout and delivery information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
